The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) also referred to as Procuring Entity invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Provision of General Insurance Covers for PPRA. The contract will be for a period of two years subject annual Satisfactory Performance review.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 50,000 in form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by PPRA payable to the Director-General, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (No self –insured tender security).

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the 10th floor Board Room, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue.

The contract will be for a period of two years subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review.

TENDER NO. PPRA 007/2018-2019: PROVISION OF CLEANING, SANITARY AND FUMIGATION SERVICES FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY

 

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates in the special category for the provision of provision of cleaning, sanitary and fumigation services for two years effective 1stJanuary 2019. The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review..

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.

The Tenderer must fill the Tender Securing Declaration Form provided, provide a self-declaration that the firm isnot debarred from participating in Public Procurement and provide a self-declaration that the firm will not engage in corrupt practice.

NB

The offices in Nyeri and Eldoret are not operationalised and the successful bidder will be advised on the start date which is expected to be within the first quarter of year 2019.
