Public Procurement Administrative Review Board

The Public Administrative Review Board is established under section 27 (1) of the Act. It is a central independent procurement appeals review board that should ensure reasonable access to its services in all parts of the Republic as far as it is appropriate to do so. The Board’s functions are as follows:

  1. Reviewing, hearing and determining tendering and asset disposal disputes; and
  2. To perform any other function conferred to the Review Board by the Act, Regulations or any other written law
