TENDER NO. PPRA/04/2019-2020 – DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT INFORMATION PORTAL
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Development and Maintenance of Public Procurement Information Portal from 1st July 2020 for one year.

Each copy of the submitted tender shall be appropriately serially paginated.
The Tenderer must provide a self-declaration that the firm is not debarred from participating in Public Procurement and also provide a self-declaration that the firm will not engage in any corrupt practice in the format attached.
The Tender document must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed Tender Security form or Bankers Cheque. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked ‘TENDER NO. PPRA/04/2019-2020 for THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT INFORMATION PORTAL (PPIP) and be deposited in the tender box provided at The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Offices, 10th floor, National Bank Building,

so as to be received on or before 18th June 2020 AT 10.00 A.M. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room, 10th floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue.
The guidelines for the Management and prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic shall apply.
PPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
