TENDER NO. PPRA/05/2020–2021: PROVISION OF CLEANING, SANITARY AND FUMIGATION SERVICES FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates in the special category for the provision of provision of cleaning, sanitary and fumigation services for two years effective 1st January 2021. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The Tenderer must fill the Tender Securing Declaration Form provided, provide a self-declaration that the firm is not debarred from participating in Public Procurement and also provide a self-declaration that it will not engage in corrupt practice. Tenderers are invited to undertake the site visit before bidding to verify details and scope of services as guided here below. The contractor shall be required to observe and demonstrate community engagements at the appropriate regional sites:

  • Eldoret Regional Office located at County Commissioner offices, Kapsoya Eldoretown: Contact person Reshma Changwony (0704973228/ 0702091108/ 0789431211).
  • Mombasa offices located at the County Commissioners Office 8th floor, Uhuru Na Kazi Building. Contact person Ms Ann Muraguri (0732338971/ 0722939026).

  • Nairobi Head Office 10th Floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue/ KISMTowers: Human Resource Department.

NB:
The PPRA Headquarter Offices in Nairobi shall be relocated to the KISM Towers, Ngong Road in the First Quarter of 2021. The Relocation of the Head Office to Ngong RoadKISM Towers during the execution of the contract will affect the contractor’s deploymenand therefore the applicable rates shall be prorated under the existing terms and conditions. The Contractor will be advised on the relocation details which is expected to be within the first quarter of year 2021.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked ‘TENDER NOPPRA/05/2020-2021 FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING, SANITARY AND FUMIGATION SERVICES’ and be deposited in the tender box provided at The Public Procurement Regulatory-authority’s Offices, 10th floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi, and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room, 10th floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue.
PPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
