PPRA/OT/03/2024-2025 FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING, SANITARY AND FUMIGATION SERVICES

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates in the special category for the provision of provision of cleaning, sanitary and fumigation services a two-year framework contract effective Immediately after signing of the contract for Floors located at KISM Towers (4th, 5th and 7th floors). Kindly note that the contract for the 6th floor and Regional Offices, will be effective from 1st April, 2025. The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review and strict adherence to the labour laws including the gazetted minimum wage guidelines.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The Tenderer must fill the Tender Securing Declaration Form provided, provide a self-declaration that the firm is not debarred from participating in Public Procurement and also provide a self-declaration that it will not engage in corrupt practice. Tenderers are invited to undertake the site visit before bidding to verify details and scope of services as guided here below.

The contractor shall be required to observe and demonstrate community engagements at the appropriate regional sites:

• Eldoret Regional Office located at County Commissioner Offices, Kapsoya Eldoret town: Contact Person, Head of Regional Office.
• Nakuru Regional office located at County Commissioner’s Office Block B Nakuru Town: Contact Person, Head of Regional Office.
• Mombasa offices located at the County Commissioners Office 7th floor, Uhuru Na Kazi Building: Contact Person Head of Regional Office.
• Kisumu Office Located at 6th Floor Prosperity Building: Head of Regional Office.
• Nairobi Head Office 6th Floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Road: Human Resource & Administration Department. Principal Administration Officer.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked, ‘TENDER NO. PPRA/03/2024-2025 FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING, SANITARY AND FUMIGATION SERVICES’ and be deposited in 3 the tender box provided at The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Offices, 6th Floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Nairobi, and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room, 5th floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Road, Nairobi. PPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
