PPRA HOSTS KENYA DEFENCE FORCES DELEGATION FOR STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT BENCHMAKING

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) on 20th September hosted the Regimental Administration Course Syllabus Review Committee from the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) for a benchmarking visit at its offices.

The KDF delegation, led by Col. H.K. Sanders (Chairperson), included Major R.M. Kararu, Maj. M. Mburu, and Capt. B. Osea

The session was supported by PPRA officers, led by Mr. Hennock Kirungu, and focused on key areas such as regulatory compliance and enforcement, policy and standard formulation, and e-procurement and digital transformation.

The engagement provided an opportunity for knowledge sharing on procurement governance, transparency, and best practices in public sector administration.
