TENDER. NO. PPRA/009/2017-2018: DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ONLINE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ARCMS)

Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites tenders from interested eligible Firms for the Development, Implementation and Commissioning of an Online Administrative Review Case Management System (ARCMS).

Each page of the tender document MUST be serialised. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 1% of Tender Sum in form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by PPRA payable to the Director-General, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.

Each copy of technical and financial proposal shall be paginated serially, prior to submission. Tenders MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Tender Number and Name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at PPRA Offices, 10th Floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi. The Proposals shall be addressed to:

Tenders must be received on or before 25th April 2019 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the individual consultants who choose to attend the opening at the PPRA Board Room, 10th floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the Proposal.
