TENDER NO. PPRA/03/2022-2023-PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR BOARD MEMBERS AND STAFF
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), also referred to as the Procuring Entity, invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Provision of medical insurance cover for board members and Staff. The contract will be for a period of two years’ subject to an annual satisfactory performance review.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenyan shillings, and the tender validity should be 120 days.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Offices, 6th Floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Road, Nairobi, and addressed to:

To be received on or before Monday, 14th November, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 100,000 valid for 150 days in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company payable to the Director-General, Procurement Regulatory Authority (self-insured tender securities are not allowed).
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room, 6th floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
