INVITATION TO PENSION SCHEME TENDERS
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority invites sealed tenders on the following:
- PROVISION OF PENSION SCHEME ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY STAFF PENSION SCHEME
- PROVISION OF INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES (FUND MANAGERS) FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY STAFF PENSION SCHEME
- PROVISION OF CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGULATORY AUTHORITY STAFF PENSION SCHEME
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
2. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to1500 hours at the address given below.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours between 9.00am to 3.00pm at the address given below. More information may be obtained from Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) by clicking on the following links:

5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP – www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to email; procurement@ppra.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders are required to provide tender security of KES. 50,000 valid for 150 days from tender closing date
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th November 2026 11.00.a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
