PPRA invites sealed tenders for the Provision of General Insurance Cover for a period of 2 years renewable for the second year upon satisfactory performance.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and the tender validity should be 120 days.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Offices, 6^th Floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Road, Nairobi, and addressed to:

To be received on or before Friday, 19^TH January, 2024 at 11:00 AM.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 50,000 valid for 150days. The tender security shall be in the form of;  (a) cash; (b) a bank guarantee; (c) a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; or (d) a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. A candidate or tenderer shall not issue a tender security to guarantee itself.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room, 6th floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
