REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROCUREMENT REVIEWS IN PUBLIC ENTITIES

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites Proposals from interested qualified Firms to provide Consultancy Services for Procurement Reviews in public entities. Detailed RFP Document can be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE below:

Proposals must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 5, 000.00 from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by Insurance Regulatory Authority. The security should be valid for 150 days after the date opening of technical proposal.

Each copy of technical and financial proposal shall be paginated serially, prior to submission.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday 16th March, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. in the PPRA 11th floor board room, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue.

Proposals MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Tender Number and Name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at PPRA Offices, 10th Floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi. The Proposals shall be addressed to:

Proposals must be received on or before Wednesday 24th March, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. Technical Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the individual consultants who choose to attend the opening at the PPRA Board Room, 10th floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the Proposal.

This invitation is open to qualified Consulting Firms based in Kenya. Consultants will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method as described in this RFP Document, in accordance with the policies established in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act [PPADA], 2015.

PPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
