TENDER NO. PPRA/RFP/006/2024-2025 – CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTARY (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THREE YEARS)
As the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) continues to fulfill its mandate of enhancing efficiency, fairness, equity, accountability, and transparency in the public procurement and asset disposal system, PPRA seeks to engage a qualified documentary production consultant or firm to develop a compelling 30 minutes’ audio-visual documentary that captures the impact of public procurement in advancing Kenya’s national development agenda. The documentary will highlight how government projects, implemented through transparent and efficient procurement systems, are instrumental in achieving the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA). The consultant will also produce five (5) 45 seconds spot ads from the documentary for use in media placement.
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority now invites proposals to consultancy services for production of a documentary (Framework Contract for three (3) years), more details on the Services are provided in Section 8 Terms of Reference.
